This is an landscape architecture project for class ENVD 2120 focusing on renovating an underutilized area around Foothills Hospital in Boulder.
My design is to create a healing garden for the patients because I believe natural environment will be a good distraction for the pain and a good therapy for the illness. The renovation includes water feature, rainbow gardens, zen garden, meandering paths and viewpoint. It is built to be a backyard for the hospital where users can have different experiences including meditating and exercising.
The project was finished using AutoCAD, Rhino, Illustrator and Photoshop.
